Banners are served up in a rotation. A maximum of 5 province wide advertisers will be allowed per province. For individual cities a maximum of 3 local advertisers will be allowed. On province pages only province wide advertisers will be shown. A combination of province wide advertisers and local city advertisers will be shown on city pages. Our total banner inventory available is over 50 million impressions per year.
We limit the number of advertisers to ensure that each advertiser will receive a significant amount of traffic. Our goal is to build long term relationships with our advertisers and we prefer to have a small pool of highly qualified businesses in each city / province. We want to provide our website visitors with the best experience possible and that includes our advertising content.

Advertising FAQ
1. Do you make the banners or do I need to provide you with the banner?
You may supply us with a banner or we can create one for you. Banners to be displayed on the PropertySold website must meet strict editorial guidelines for quality. If your banner does not meet these guidelines you have the option of having us create one for you for a cost. Cost for banner creation is a one time fee of $99. Banners will be created with your chosen text and style. We keep working on it until you are satisfied.

2. What payment options are available for advertising with you?
We only accept subscription payments via Paypal subscriptions. You must click the appropriate "Buy Now" button above depending on the package you are purchasing. This will set up a monthly subscription payment to PropertySold automatically through our banner advertising payment processor, Paypal. Your banners will run as long as you keep this subscription in place. If you cancel the subscription your advertising slot will be given to the next person waiting in the queue. If you cancel your subscription please call us at 1-866-686-9929 before creating a new subscription to ensure that your advertising slot is still available. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. You can opt out of the subscription at any time, you will still receive a minimum of 1 month of advertising from your initial payment.
3. Are there discounts if I order more than 1 month at a time?
Yes, up to a 30% discount is available on bulk orders. Please contact us for up to date bulk order pricing by calling 1-866-686-9929 or send us an email from our contact page.
4. What types of websites are not acceptable for advertising on your website?
We only accept real estate industry related websites. Unacceptable sites from this industry include; other for sale by owner competitor sites and real estate agency/broker sites due to a conflict of interest.
5. What happens if I want to advertise in a city / province or page that already has an advertiser?
Once a subscription has been set up by an advertiser and they have chosen a package of pages: if you desire to advertise on the same pages that they are already advertising on you will need to select different pages that have no advertiser or have your name added to a queue until that advertising inventory becomes available. Queues are operated on a first come first served basis. No time gaurantee can be given for when an advertising slot will be available since the advertising is sold on a monthly subscription basis. Some of our advertisers Prior to making any payments please contact us by phone or email to discuss the availability of the advertising space you are interested in.
6. How long will it take to set up my advertising campaign?
We do an extensive evaluation of each new advertiser on our website. During our initial investigation it can take up to 72 hours to finalize approval. For advertisers we are familiar with we can have new campaigns created for you within 24 hours. Please add 24 - 48 hours if we are doing a banner design for you.
7. Do you provide statistics for number of banner impressions?
In order to keep the performance of our website high we have chosen not to provide individual statistics for our banner programs. Instead, we have provided our entire website statistics package exported from Google Analytics so you can see which parts of our site are the most active. If a city we service does not have a lot of traffic on our website we may not be the best match for your business. However, the flipside of that point is the traffic that does come from that page will be fully targeted and you will potentially dominate the advertising in that area on our website. The PropertySold website is designed to only display cities with active listings ensuring that your advertising will appear on a page with real human activity.
