PropertySold.ca Inc. To Sponsor Python Development

A large part of the success that PropertySold.ca Inc. has achieved has come from the efforts of the Open Source Community. When we began our business in 2004 we needed to find a low cost way to quickly develop and test our website ideas.

Python was the development tool we turned to in combination with other open source software such as; Apache web server, Mysql DBs and PHP scripting.

Recently, Boris and Michael were looking for ways to give back to the OS community and decided to begin by applying to become a sponsor member for the Python Foundation which helps fuel python development and the python community.

After a lengthy application process the PSF board members recently voted on our application and recommended us to the membership for acceptance. We still have more work to do in order to become charter members but this latest news has us very excited to say the least.
