Sponsored listings receive top of category placement, top results in directory searches, 3 links to their website (deep linking allowed), a pic /or logo /or website screenshot, full business description and their business phone number included with the listing for a one time payment of $19.95.

Our free listings come in two options:

Partner listings: requires a link back to PropertySold.ca which will get your website; reviewed faster, a more visible directory listing marked with a graphic indicating our relationship and middle category placement above Regular listings and below Sponsored listings.
Regular listings: The PropertySold Canadian Real Estate Directory is commited to providing the best resources to our directory users and as such will always have a free submission option that does not require a link back to this site. We offer no time gaurantees on Regular listing site reviews with a typical free submission queue length of 8 weeks.**
** Non commercial sites will not be placed in this queue.

Deep Linking allowed. Submit a subdomain or internal webpage of your site. Not restricted to Top Level Domains.
Increased Exposure – Your listing will appear above all partner and regular listings in your category as well as above PPC ads for a period of 1 year.
More Targeted Traffic – Your listing will appear above all partner and regular listings in keyword search results for a period of 1 year.
Include a logo, photo or website screenshot with your listing (120px x 90px max size).
Include your Business Phone # with your listing

A one time payment of $19.95 does not gaurantee inclusion in this directory. This directory is professionally maintained by a human editorial staff and adheres to a strict editorial policy outlined in our submission guidelines. Our goal is to provide accurate, well categorized results for our directory users. If you are unsure whether you think your site will qualify to be listed please send an email to the directory admin and we will give your site a quick evaluation.
Our Sponsored listings are a great way to get more exposure for your listing; it is not a way to get a SPAMMY site included in a quality directory. Sites that do not meet the terms outlined in our submission guidelines or that are judged by our editorial staff to be of low quality will not be included in the directory.
Sponsored Site candidates that are not accepted into the directory will not receive a refund. The $19.95 we charge is considered an express review fee and is non-refundable.
