PropertySold.ca Inc. has partnered with various real estate brokerages Canada wide to place your listing on the Realtor.ca® website allowing you to gain additional exposure for your property. Your listing will be placed on the Realtor.ca® website by a licensed realtor who is employed by a licensed real estate brokerage. All of the brokerage partners and realtors® who work with PropertySold.ca Inc. are licensed by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). PropertySold.ca Inc. is not a licensed real estate brokerage.

PropertySold.ca Inc. has partnered with various real estate brokerages Canada wide to place your listing on your local board MLS® system. Services are currently available in; Ontario, British Columbia, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. Your listing will be available nationwide on the Realtor.ca® website in addition to your local board MLS® system where realtors in your area log in to view detailed property information and locate property for sale for their clients. Your listing will be added to the local board MLS® system by a licensed realtor® and local board MLS® member. PropertySold.ca Inc. is not a licensed real estate brokerage.

A member of the PropertySold.ca Inc. customer service staff will manually place your property listing on the local real estate sections on classified ad websites; Kijiji.ca and Craigslist.org the two largest classified ad websites servicing Canada. In addition PropertySold.ca Inc. staff will add your property to our high traffic Twitter.com and Facebook.com pages for additional exposure.

Your listing will be marked "new" on and appear under the "new listings" section of our high traffic homepage in addition to being placed above all other listings in search results** for your city & province search results.

** Please note that customers who purchase "gold" exposure packages will appear ahead of "new listings" in search results.

Your listing will be placed in rotation in the real estate spotlight section on our high traffic homepage for a period of 2 months.

Your listing will be marked with a "gold listing" status and will appear above all other property listings for search results in your city and province for a period of 4 weeks. After 4 weeks your listing will be marked new for 2 weeks, hot for 2 weeks, featured for 4 weeks then basic until sold. Gold listings receive 12 weeks of enhanced exposure on our website above regular listings.

Customers who choose the "Basic FSBO" or "Premium FSBO" packages can save up to 6% of the total price of their property in commissions if they successfully attract a buyer using the FSBO method. Customers who choose the "Realtor.ca® + FSBO" or "Agent Assist" packages may save from 3% to 6% depending on whether they attract a buyer through their FSBO listing or their listing on the Realtor.ca® website. If you are able to successfully attract a buyer yourself using the FSBO method you will save up to 6% of the total price of your property. If you attract a buyer which came from a licensed Realtor® who saw your Realtor.ca® / local board MLS® listing you are responsible to negotiate a commission with this Realtor® which is typically 2.5% to 3% of the total price of your property. Our packages are designed to give you the maximum flexibility and negotiating leverage to sell how you choose. No commission is collected by PropertySold.ca Inc. whether you sell your home using the FSBO method or through the Realtor.ca® website or local board MLS® system.
