CREA Changes Canadian Real Estate Landscape
In 2011 the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) opened up the local MLS® systems across the country to allow home sellers to add their property to the agent MLS® system for a flat fee. With this change PropertySold.ca, Inc. made the strategic decision to open up our real estate listing service to real estate agents, brokers and real estate developers in addition to our already extensive for sale by owner listings.
Our goal at PropertySold.ca Inc. is to create Canada's largest privately held real estate listing service bringing together all types of real estate buyers and sellers and allowing them the ability to list their home for a one time flat fee on our website and negotiate the terms of their real estate transactions themselves free of any red tape or contractual obligations from us.
